Patent Requirements:

  •     Filing Requirements for (PCT) Patent Applications:

  1. A Power of Attorney legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.

  2. The specification in English.

  3. Abstract in English (about 100 words).

  4. Drawings.

  •     Filing Requirements for National Patent Applications:

  1. A Power of Attorney legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.

  2. A deed of assignment legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.

  3. A legalized certificate of incorporation.

  4. A legalized certificated copy of the priority documents must be submitted within three months, in case it is claimed.
